Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsen modtog den 14. juli 2022 en forenklet anmeldelse af Bettcher Industries, Inc.’s (”Bettcher”) erhvervelse af Frontmatec Holding II ApS og Frontmatec Holding III ApS (”Frontmatec”).

Hent afgørelse

Fusionen indebærer, at Bettcher via selskabet Merlin DK Bidco ApS erhverver 100 pct. af aktierne i Frontmatec Holding II ApS og Frontmatec Holding III ApS. Bettcher opnår herved enekontrol.
