Mossø Marketing klagede over Horsens Folkeblad og Horsens Posten i forhold til annoncering af biler. Efter en nærmere undersøgelse af markedet konkluderede styrelsen, at der ikke var udsigt til, at styrelsen kunne gribe ind i sagen ved hjælp af konkurrencereglerne.
